Continue Stay Sinarmas Bank Century Acquisition Plan

JAKARTA, MONDAY - PT Sinarmas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA) still have a desire to continue the acquisition plan shares of PT Bank Century Tbk (BCIC). However, SMMA is still awaiting results of internal restructuring of the central institutions of savings made (LPS) and the price will be offered later.

According to Edward, Sinarmas desire that in accordance with the Letter of Intent (LoI) signed by the bank before it was taken over LPS. Edward added, Sinarmas Group is a large multinational companies have so Sinarmas Multiartha ease in funding. In terms of funding does not have a problem. But the company is still formulating the prices according to the Bank Century.

After Century Bank taken over by the government through LPS, Sinarmas not communicate again with the government on the acquisition plan. Edward admitted, company plans to open 65 branches of Bank Century after the acquisition completed. The establishment of the branch that aims to develop business Century Bank in the future.
